Escalation of Query:
We never overlook any of your queries. Even after contacting customer care desk, if your query is not resolved, you can escalate your query to the higher level. After going through your query, the Manager - Services or General Manager will either send a reply or make a call to you depending on the situation and resolve your grievance to the best extent possible.
